Selfly Store releases new features to enhance the user experience
In the end of January 2023, Selfly Store is releasing several new features to the Selfly Store cabinets and the Selfly Cloud solution. One of the most prominent features in the new release is the possibility to provide consumers with electronic receipts of their purchases and the possibility to leave feedback.
The new feature for electronic receipts and feedback function is called MySelfly. After the consumer is done with her purchase, she can easily scan the QR code which appears on the cabinet screen. From there she can choose to download an e-receipt and give feedback to the merchant. This functionality is enabled or disabled by the merchant from the Selfly Cloud, from where all the feedback also can be viewed.
Moreover, there are notable updates to the user interface on the cabinet screen. For example, we’ve aimed to increase the consistency in the usage of colours and highlighting of the most important information on the cabinet screen. The advertisement capability for merchants has also been optimised with a wider area on the screen being made available for visually attractive ads. Finally, instructions of how to purchase can also be enabled by the merchant to guide the consumer through the purchasing process.
